April Thoughts and Nots

 Hey my babies!

Well with the closing of the first quarter of the year, I can reflect and say that things did not go as planned but they also aren’t that much off track either. I know, super confusing. Lol. 

I will say that I am growing in my relationship with the Lord. He is dragging me every where but loose about correcting my character flaws and dealing with my trauma so am i okay? Yes. Am I in shambles? Also, yes.

If you’re subscribed to my email list, you saw that I said I’m going in a direction that I wouldn’t have thought I would be in. But there are some things to celebrate. 

I’m 9K into my current work in progress and mapped out my next three books that the Lord is allowing me to work on.

I’m really excited about my next project that I’m putting out. It’s a marriage in trouble and it’s a holiday book. Is it currently spring and I’m writing a new years holiday romance? Yes. Do i care?

Nope because time is a social construct. The Lord doesn’t follow it so neither will I! Y’all going to get these books whenever i put them out. If you read it when it first releases, thank you. If you read it around the holiday, also thank you. Overall I’m just grateful if you read my lil old books lol! 

Next order of business is deciding if and when i will offer physical books in print. I know people have asked me about having A storm between friends in physical and i would love for y'all to have that, but it may not be for some time. In the mean time, i appreciate every page you folks read digitally. 

Being an author puts me out of my comfort zone. I rarely am out and about. I dont do big crowds and talking to people gives me anxiety but, i want to write. I love books, i love talking about books, and i love the worlds that are created with words. So I’m going to put my big girl panties on and get to writing so i can get to reading. It all works hand in hand if I’m honest.
